Orders typically ship on the next business day from Brisbane.

Standard ground shipping is offered at a flat rate on all orders within Australia, regardless of delivery destination.

All deliveries take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
Estimated Delivery Times:
* VIC, NSW, SA – Approximately 1-3 business days
* WA, QLD, TAS – Approximately 3-5 business days
* NT, Far North QLD, Far North WA – Approximately 4-7 business days

Returns, Refund & Exchanges

Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are being returned to us.  Note that any returns arriving in damaged condition will not be refundable.
